How to find the advanced options
We realise that having 101 different options, whilst useful, can be confusing and daunting and as such we have hidden quite a few of the more advanced options.
We have placed the advanced option icon in the same place on every page that has advanced options, you'll find it at the bottom of the page on the left hand side. It's a small silver cog.
If you're unsure of any settings you find in the advanced sections, it is always best to leave them and just ask us
Advanced options
If you use this option, once Shiptheory has processed a shipment and has updated the tracking number back to Brightpearl, Shiptheory will also marked the goods out note as 'Shipped'
Note, once a goods out note in Brightpearl is marked as shipped, it can no longer be edited or deleted, thus we don't recommend using this option whilst testing.
Commodity and manufacture codes
You'll find a list of commodity , and manufacture custom field values. If you're not sure what these are, leave them blank.
If you use commodity codes and a carrier that supports them for exports you can enter the custom field values here.
Delivery instructions
If you have delivery instructions per order, such as 'leave behind the gate' you can specify the custom order field here.
The value must be that of the 'field code' from Brightpearl's custom order field page.
