It is possible to set the dispatch date on FedEx Express and Express Freight labels using a date in the future. FedEx consider future shipping dates to be a supplementary service and may charge you an additional fee for doing so. Please check with your FedEx account manager before you use this feature.
Notes:
- Express label shipping date must be less than or equal to 10 days in the future
- Express Freight label shipping date must be less than or equal to 5 days in the future
- FedEx may charge your for using future dates. Please check with your FedEx account manager
You can enable future shipping dates from the advanced settings found within the cog menu on the FedEx page within your Shiptheory account, shown below. Your channel must be providing the dispatch date for this feature to work.
