Shiptheory Support

We work closely with Tuffnells to setup new Shiptheory accounts. The setup process is outlined below.

1. You must first ask Tuffnells to provide Shiptheory with your Tuffnells EDI details.
2. When we receive those details, we will create a number of test labels in your Shiptheory account.
3. We will then send an electronic manifest, paper manifest and the above test labels to our contact at Tuffnells for approval. Prior to this, you will see a watermark on your labels to prevent the test labels from being shipped.
4. Once approved by Tuffnells, your Tuffnells EDI account will be made live. You are now ready to ship.
