Shiptheory will receive your Magento orders when they have been set to Shipped and are in the Order Trigger Status (by default, this is Processing).

How do I bring an order through to Shiptheory?

The first thing you will need to do, is mark the order in your Magento as Shipped. You can do this by selecting the order and choosing Ship from the orange button in the top right.

You will also then have to select Submit Shipment in the bottom right on the next page.

Before reading further, check your Shiptheory account is connected to your Magento account.

You can do this by going to your Magento integration settings within Shiptheory and hitting the test connection button:

If you don't get the success message check this article to help get your connection configured first.

You'll also need to confirm from your Magento settings page which unit of measurements you use for your products in your Magento store.

In Bulk

If you you are likely to process lots of shipments in bulk, you can send multiple orders to Shiptheory from the order view page.  Select the checkboxes on the left hand side and from the menu on the top right, select 'Ship Orders' option from the action's drop down.

This will create shipments for the selected orders, which inturn will arrive in your Shiptheory account, navigate to here.

Here you'll have an 'All' tab, clicking the all tab should show you all your shipment's irrespective of their status (see: statuses explained).

Your first shipment should be there, congratulations!
