Shiptheory Support

It is often appropriate to not show the senders address on the label. To not show the senders address on your DPD and DPD Local labels, follow the instructions below.

1. Login to the DPD or DPD Local website

2. Navigate to MyDPD -> My Account Details -> Shipping Defaults

3. Uncheck the Senders address on label check box and save. 

Now, your labels will not show the senders address when you print either through Shiptheory or directly through the DPD/DPD Local website.
