If you are getting an error similar to "Economy Select ESI is not available to the destination"



But you are able to ship to this location using this service then there may be a few reasons for this.





First you will need to check the "Shipment Details" this can be found by clicking on the actions button on your dashboard next to your order and then "View"




Once the shipment information is available you will want to "Expand Details"



Once hear you will want to check the five highlighted fields below to ensure your address in which you are trying to send to is in fact correct.




If these are correct you will want to check to ensure that the below are within the ranges of the service you have selected:


Check the weight is above the minimum requirement and below the maximum

The price range is accepted within the service you are trying to send

Ensure the day the service is trying to be booked in as is correct/available

If using multiple boxes this is supported by the service
