When printing labels with DPD, you may find that they are unaligned with your paper and split over several sheets as seen below.
If this is the case, your label sizes are mismatched with the size of label paper being printed. If so, you may need to change your default paper size for your Citizen printer.
Firstly, you'll need to find your printer settings. Open the control panel on Windows, then navigate to Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers. From here, right-click the printer in question and select Printing preferences.
Then, select your standard/stock (default) paper size for your printer. In this case, it is 4 x 4 (101.6mm x 101.6mm).
If you don't see an option for a suitable size, click New... to create the label size correct for your labels
If you continue to have issues with the layout or spacing of your labels, please contact Support and we can guide you through your printing setup.
