DOMESTIC
Customers can use the View Job Summary page to see shipments by performing the following:
- Login with the client user credentials at https://emea.netdespatch.com
- Click View Job Summary under the 'Reports and Queries' section
- Set the Date Range to the desired Date Range e.g. 11 July 2016 to 11 July 2016
- Set the Sort By filter to Tracking Date (to ensure the shipments are sorted by the latest tracking event time)
- Click Submit.
- This will then show the date time of the tracking staus the shipment is at, as shown under the 'Status Date / Data' column heading:
- Booked (BKD) status
- Accepted (labelled) status
- Allocated (manifested to Royal Mail) status
- Cancelled status.
INTERNATIONAL
Customers can use the Shipping Summary page to see shipments by performing the following:
- Login with the client user credentials at https://emea.netdespatch.com
- Click Shipping Summary under the 'Reports and Queries' section
- Set the Date Range to the desired Date Range e.g. 11 July 2016 to 11 July 2016
- Set the Sort By filter to Tracking Date (to ensure the shipments are sorted by the latest tracking event time)
- Click Submit.
- This will then show the date time of the tracking staus the shipment is at, as shown under the 'Status Date / Data' column heading:
