When connecting your Magento store to your Shiptheory account, if you see the above error, it is likely that your Magento server is not allowing connections from your store to Shiptheory's servers.
Please confirm with your webhost or developer that outgoing connections are not blocked. In addition, Shiptheory requires our IP addresses list here to be available for two way communication to and from your Magento server.
