The message Please answer the outstanding issues as shown above when trying to create APC Overnight labels is returned directly by the APC API. It happens when your local APC depot have issues flag on your accounts. The following issue flags are common.
- Saturday Reminder
- Late Cut-Off
- Collections Date more than 30 days in the future
