Shiptheory connects to your system and carrier systems to exchange order data. If you are using a firewall to restrict access to any aspect of your system, you may need to add Shiptheory's IP addresses to allow for a successful data transmission.


Please ask your system administrator to add the following IP's to your firewall, both at your webhost and also at any proxies, such as Cloudflare or Fastly, that you may be using.

  • 5.10.27.39:443 (For automatic desktop printing only)


    The ports that Shiptheory use are 80, 443 and 6123.

If you are using the Shiptheory Print Client, you may also need to add rules on the network where your warehouse printers reside.  The IPs and information regarding the Shiptheory Print Client can be found here.
