Shiptheory needs tell APC what time to collect the days parcels from you. If no collection time is specified, APC will reject any label requests and you will see the mesage "Pickup date must be a valid date / time."

You can set the Collection Time in the APC set up page.

If you specified the correct time and still getting the error, please contact Shiptheory Support and we will be glad to help.
