It is possible to send multiple boxes in one consignment from Brightpearl. Each box will produce its own label as part of the same consignment.
You can specify the number of boxes in Brightpearl from the Goods Out Note screen.
- Click the Update shipping details button.
- A popup will open with a field named Boxes. Enter the number of boxes you require and click Update.
