PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid)

To ship to the EU on PDDP (Postal Delivered Duties Paid) terms, all of the following criteria must be met:

• An IOSS number is included on the shipment.
• The shipment value is under €150 (approx. £135 for UK sellers).
• The destination country supports PDDP via PostNord International.
• Use one of these services within Shiptheory 
  • Merchandise Mail Plus Level 2

  • Merchandise Mail Plus Level 3

  • Merchandise Mail Plus Level 3 Parcel

Supported EU countries

Not all EU countries support PDDP via PostNord International. Please refer to the table below (last updated 1 October 2026).
