If you need to print or download your customs documents for international shipments on Shiptheory, but don't require a shipping label, it's possible to do this directly via the Shiptheory Dashboard.
To do this, you simply need to select an order on your dashboard, either a single shipment:
Or in bulk:
You can then choose whether you require CN22/23s, Commercial Invoices, or both. As well as the printer you would like to send the documents to:
Please note: This will not generate and print these documents if the shipment was sent to the carrier with Paperless Trade.
