This is a generic error that can have several causes, but it typically originates from the Asendia side. It often occurs when orders share the same order ID, which can create conflicts in their system.


How to resolve


To resolve this issue, the best approach is to update the order ID to something unique. For example, if the current order ID is 123456, you could change it to 123456-1 and then attempt to book the order again after making the update.


The order ID can be modified either through your sales channel, making a new order with the same details as the original order and sending it through to Shiptheory or by duplicating the order in Shiptheory and updating it there before reprocessing.
