When trying to install Shiptheory but unable due to a previously failed attempt from the SuiteApps store. You may see
Failed: An error occurred during custom object creation.

To remove the failed installation head to Customization > SuiteCloud Development > Installed SuiteApp List.

Uninstall the failed installation.
