Below is a list of IP addresses and ports your system administrator may need to whitelist to avoid connectivity or printing issues.
Here's a list you can ask your system administrator to whitelist IP addresses and Ports that Shiptheory uses at both your WebHost and any proxies. The IP's and Ports Shiptheory uses are listed below:

The ports Shiptheory uses are 80, 443 and 6123.
When sending labels directly to your printers, the Shiptheory Print Client allows Shiptheory to communicate directly with your printers.
In some cases, you may not be able to reach the Shiptheory Print Client from your device due to network restrictions on your device or network. If this is the case, you may need to ask your IT Administrator to whitelist the below IP Addresses and Ports.
What IP Addresses and Ports does the Shiptheory Print Client Use?
The Shiptheory Print Client uses the below IP Addresses.

The Shiptheory Print Client requires ports: 6123, 443 and 80 to be open so it can make outbound TCP connections.
Note that not all need to be open as it will just use the first available port.
