When signing up to Shiptheory through Brightpearl, the first thing to do will be to input your card details into Shiptheory here.
After this is done, you'll need to reach out to your Brightpearl account manager. They will then set you up with your needed Shiptheory subscription. After that point, you'll be good to go!
