When booking in shipments over the API. You may come across the error. -
"Unable to load your {Carrier name} carrier settings"
If you do have the carrier added to your account, it's likely that the wrong increment is being specified in the API Request, or no increment is being specified at all (in this case, it defaults to increment 1.).
Firstly, you can find your increment by checking the URL of your carrier settings, You can find more on this here.

Once you've found your carrier increment, you'll need to specify this in the API call within the 'increment' field. This is only needed when specifying a delivery service ID within the 'delivery_service' field.
