To connect United Pallet Network (UPN) with your Shiptheory account. follow the simple steps below

Add United Pallet Network to your Shiptheory Account

From any page in Shiptheory, click on the "Carriers" icon, and select the "Manage Carriers" option:



In the next page, scroll down until you find the United Pallet Network icon, or type the name into the search box to find it fast. Click on icon to add.



In the next page, enter your username, password, depot number, customer ID and a default description for Goods


Next, click on Test Connection to check your username and password. If the authentication is successful, you’ll see “Everything looks good.” Finally, click Save to complete the setup.

There are a few advanced setting you can customize your UPN integration


Default Pallet Dimensions

Collection Cutoff and weekend Collections


You can set a cutoff time so that if a shipment is booked after it, Shiptheory will automatically set the dispatch date to the next day, excluding weekends. If you’ve arranged weekend collections, you can enable them by simply ticking the boxes.
