If you make any changes in Brightpearl and need them updating in Shiptheory, you'll need to re-save the connection in your Brightpearl settings.
1. Click Channels in the left-hand toolbar and click into your Brightpearl settings page
2. Click the SAVE button
This will pull in any new services and users set in Brightpearl.
