Shiptheory Support

You can choose whether Shiptheory sends your address to Asendia as a "Retail" address or a "Marketplace" address. 

The default can be changed from "Retail" to "Marketplace" in your Asendia advanced settings:

Or by adding an enhancement to a shipment to override the default:

When to use Retail:

• When you are selling through your own website and have your own IOSS number (i.e., not selling via a third-party marketplace).
• The Sender address must be a UK address.

When to use Marketplace:

• Use Marketplace information when selling goods on a marketplace, for example Amazon Marketplace.
• The Seller address must be a UK address.
