To use this service you will need to have specified a pickup identifier in the shipment information sent to Shiptheory.

- NetSuite

- Shopify

- Peoplevox

If you see this error:


Pickup Identifier (Parcelshop ID) is required

It will be due to not having supplied the pickup identifier within the initial shipment data sent.
