You can request Shiptheory to automatically update an order's custom field in WooCommerce with the name of the carrier the shipment was booked with. Simply navigate to your WooCommerce settings in Shiptheory and input the name of the custom field:


The carrier name that is passed back to WooCommerce can be customised in your carrier and service name settings by expanding the WooCommerce dropdown and editing the name of each carrier:


If you do not enter any custom carrier names here, the default carrier name will be send to WooCommerce.



Please note that Woocommerce will hide the custom field from the order UI if the custom field name starts with a underscore (_).
