Before getting started, you will first need to contact your Maersk account manager. They will create an account for you and will require a list of countries you plan to deliver to. After they have created an account they will send you your customer code. We will need this customer code to begin processing your application.
To create a Maersk integration on Shiptheory click on Carriers->Manage Carriers. Scroll down until you see the Maersk integration
Please enter your customer code and the delivery countries that you gave your Maersk account manager. We need these details in order to set up your account.
After submitting these details, please wait for a member of Shiptheory support to get back to you confirming that your account has been setup before booking shipments.
Collection Cut-off Time & Weekend Collections
If you have collection cut off times at your warehouses/depot then please enter these details here. You can also select whether or not you support warehouse/depot collections on weekends. Please tick the days that you support these collections.
Default Parcel Dimensions
You need to setup some default parcel dimensions. Please enter the dimensions here.
Test Connection
Before making bookings through Maersk you should test the connection. If successful then you can begin booking shipments with Maersk.
