Shiptheory can send an IOSS number with your international shipments via The Delivery Group. For this to occur some conditions must be met:

  1. The shipment is being imported from outside of the EU, into the EU.
  2. The shipment falls under your IOSS limit for the currency attributed to the shipment. This will either be the default currency you have set for your Delivery Group integration or a currency pulled from your channel.
  3. There is an IOSS number in one of the following places:
    1. The shipment sender address tax numbers
    2. The shipment duty tax number with a type of IOSS
    3. Your company settings
  4. Electronic Trade Documents (ETD) are enabled for your Delivery Group integration in Shiptheory.
  5. Your shipment is being sent with the DDP incoterm.


To send a shipment via The Delivery Group under the DDP incoterm you can either set your default incoterm to DDP in your Delivery Group integration settings or you can use an enhancement when booking your shipments either manually or as part of a rule.
