Overview
Shiptheory processes scheduled shipments and shipments requiring approval in the background. You can choose how these shipments are prioritized in the processing queue.
Priority Options
- By Approval Order: Shipments are processed in the order they were approved or scheduled to be shipped.
- By Printer: Shipments are processed by printer. All shipments for one printer process together.
- By Carrier: Shipments are processed by carrier. All shipments for one carrier process together.
To set the option:
- Go to Settings > Advanced Settings
- Select your preferred priority method
- Save changes
This option only affects approved and scheduled shipments. Immediate shipments are processed right away regardless of this setting
