Shiptheory caches some data from NetSuite for up to 24 hours to prevent repetitive API calls to NetSuite.

Clearing Your Cached Data
You can clear your cached data from your NetSuite integration settings in Shiptheory. Go to the advanced settings section and find the heading "Caching" and click "Clear Cache". When Shiptheory next pulls in an Item Fulfillment the data will be fetched from NetSuite and saved to the cache again.
