Add the OpenBorder integration to your account by going to Carriers > Manage Carriers and clicking on OpenBorder:


To start shipping, you will need an API key from OpenBorder. You can obtain this from your OpenBorder account manager. Once you have your API key, you can add it to the OpenBorder settings page in Shiptheory. Press the test connection button to confirm you are connected:


You will also need to select which order reference you would like Shiptheory to send to OpenBorder to retrieve your labels. The one you select will need to match the order IDs found in your OpenBorder account. In most cases this will be the shipment ID or the order ID.


If you have an OpenBorder brand code, you can enter this in the advanced settings:


Once you have finished entering these details, make sure to press save. You are now setup to ship with OpenBorder through Shiptheory!
