For UPS shipments destined for Northern Ireland from Great Britain, there are some fields which are required to be sent to ensure there are no delays at customs.
Shipment Movement Type
In setting, please choose your shipment movement type by choosing an option in "Residential or Commercial Addresses?"
The possible options are:
Always Commercial: B2B
Always Residential: B2C
Automatically detect: Have Shiptheory to automatically determine based on the recipient's company name is empty or not
Northern Ireland Goods Type
Choose an option to mark your shipment from GB to NI as "At Risk", "Not at Risk" or "Risk Unknown"? You can also override this setting using the "Goods at risk" and "Goods not at risk" enhancements when booking shipments.
Specifying UKIMS and EORI Numbers
You can enter your UKIMS and EORI numbers into company details. Click on the Company Settings like below
Scroll down until you find the UKIMS number and EORI, and the nubmers are press Save
