"Invalid login attempt" Error Message
If you see an error message saying invalid login attempt it could be that Shiptheory's integration record has been marked as blocked. While blocked you cannot connect NetSuite to Shiptheory. To check if the integration record is blocked go to Setup > Integration > Manage Integrations.
Once on the integrations page check to see if you can find the integration named "Shiptheory". If, for whatever reason, you have multiple integrations called Shiptheory, then the integration record's ID to check for is "custinteg_e742b0f7af61".
If you can see it and it is marked as "Enabled" then no further action is required. If you cannot see it, check the box called Show Inactives. This will display all integrations, blocked and enabled.
If "Shiptheory" is marked as blocked then edit the integration and change its state from "Blocked" to "Enabled" and save your changes.
Permission Error
If you see a permission error for Custom Lists (or others like Perform Search), it could be that you are not on the latest version of the Shiptheory SuiteApp.
Please upgrade or resinstall the Shiptheory app again. If you experience issue during uninstallation, you may refer to this article: How to uninstall the Shiptheory SuiteApp if it fails to uninstall
