If you encounter the following error message in the Shipment History for a failed order:

LF&E Transport 500 Error.

This usually indicates a temporary communication issue or momentary loss of connection between Shiptheory and LF&E Transport's system.

Resolution

Often, simply retrying the booking process can resolve this temporary issue. Please follow these steps:

  1. Locate the order that failed on your Shiptheory dashboard (it will have a "Failed" status).
  2. Right-click on the failed shipment line.
  3. Select 'Retry Shipment' from the context menu.

Shiptheory will then attempt to book the shipment with LF&E Transport again.
