"InPost was unable to accept this order. Please try again or contact support."
This typically indicates a temporary communication issue or momentary loss of connection between Shiptheory and InPost's system.
How to Resolve
Often, simply retrying the booking process resolves this temporary connection problem. Follow these steps:
- Locate the order that failed on your Shiptheory dashboard (it will likely have a 'Failed' status).
- Right-click on the order in the dashboard.
- Select 'Retry Shipment' from the context menu.
This will prompt Shiptheory to attempt booking the order with InPost again.
