If you are getting this error when trying to connect a new FedEx account:
ERROR: There was an error when communicating with FedEx: (CUSTOMERNAME.UNIQUENESS.ERROR) Customer Name already exists. Enter a different Customer Name.
This is caused by FedEx already having attempted the customer name entered into this field:
To resolve this, change the name slightly each time you click Connect Account to something unique, for example adding a number on the end:
Also ensure you are not in test mode:
