Label Size does not match?

If you found the label size returned from GFS for some carrier (like UPS) does not match the specified label size in setting, or it does not fit properly in Integrated Label, then you can choose a different label type like ZPLII to avoid it.

Best Practice for choose Label Size for different carriers in GFS

Please note some carrier is best for requesting PDF (like Royal Mail), while some requesting ZPL will solve label size issue (like UPS). It is best to create different instance of integrations in Shiptheory to select different label type:

For most cases, the default PDF label type is recommended as it provides the best printing quality. For some carrier, using the ZPLII label option may result in degraded quality (like Royal Mail), so it's best to use PDF type unless you have specific requirements that necessitate the ZPLII format. 

The label will be sent to a third-party platform for processing if you choose the ZPL as label option.
