With Netsuite, Shiptheory supports assigning printers to specific users. For example, your Netsuite orders might normally print on label printer "A", but you could set up an association such that shipments sent to print by "Chad" print out on label printer "B".

How does user-specific printing work?

Before you can start, you will need to have set-up automatic printing for your Shiptheory account. If you have not yet downloaded the desktop printing client, please refer to this guide: Automatic Printing

Head to the User-Specific Printers Setup page and, as long as you have your Netsuite users saved in your account, you should see something similar to this:

Each of your Netsuite users will be listed and can assign each user with one of your automatic printers. Once configured, click Save at the bottom of the page.

Once a shipment is booked with a courier, if the shipment user matches one of your user-specific mappings, the label will be automatically printed directly to the associated printer.
