When sending orders to Shiptheory from Netsuite containing Kit Items, it's possible to decide how you'd like Shiptheory to handle these items. You can find this option within your Netsuite advanced settings in Shiptheory:
The options being:
- Pull through both the Kit Item and the Child Items
- Only pull through the Child Items
- Only pull through the Kit Item and ignore the Child Items
