If your shipping label looks like it's cut off, it may be because Shipthoery is expecting the wrong sized label from Pall-Ex.
Fixing this is easy. Just ask Pall-Ex what label your account is set to and then select it in your Pall-Ex advanced settings.
Manage Carriers Tab > Pall-Ex "Configure" > Scroll and click "Advanced Settings" > Scroll until you find "Label Dimensions":
