You may occasionally have products send through to Shiptheory with a value of zero. This may cause issues when sending shipments to some carriers. As such, with Peoplevox it's possible to choose how Shiptheory will handle these types of products. To access these settings, follow the below: 


1. Select Channels and then Peoplevox:



2. Scroll down and click on the Advanced Settings:



3. Under the "Products with a price of 0 ? ", choose how you want Shiptheory to handle these products:



The available options are:


  1. Save the price as 0: Use the received value of 0 from the channel
  2. Save the full retail price: Save the retail price, which is the non-discounted price within Peoplevox. In this case, the existing Product Catalogue within Shiptheory will also be updated by this shipment's product value.
  3. Use the Shiptheory Product Catalogue price: Use existing Shiptheory Product Catalogue's price for this shipment. The existing Product Catalogue price in Shiptheory will NOT be updated in this case.
  4. Use a specified value: You can specify a static value that should be used instead of the received 0:
