Setting your label size

Shiptheory's integration with Australia Post supports multiple label sizes. These are:

  • A4: 1 per page
  • A4: 4 per page
  • A6: 1 per page

You can change which label size to request from Australia Post in your integration advanced settings:

International Labels

When shipping internationally Australia Post will attach CN22 and CN23 data to the labels which it returns to Shiptheory. While Australia Post will generally return the label size set in your advanced settings there is an exception when a CN23 label is returned. In this instance the label returned will always be A5 regardless of the requested label size. If your shipments do not meet the following criteria, then a CN23 label will be returned and you should set your label size to "A4: 1 per page":

  • Combined parcel dimensions are less than or equal to 90cm
  • The greatest parcel dimension is less than or equal to 60cm
  • The total consignment value is less than or equal to $500 AUD
  • The parcel weight is less than or equal to 2kg

For more information on this subject please see Australia Post's Documentation.
