The ETrak Bound Printed Matter service from The Delivery group requires that you have enabled Electronic Trade Documents in your carrier settings in Shiptheory:
You will also need to add an EORI number to your company settings in Shiptheory:
If the Electronic Trade Documents setting is turned off or you haven't supplied an EORI number you will receive an error similar to: "The provided references.3.reference () is not a valid EORI number."
Please note: The service can only be used to send products that have a paper-related HS tariff/commodity code. If you have any further questions about this service, please contact your Delivery Group account manager.
