When you first enable Branded Tracking with DPD, you'll see the following message:
After this, our Support Team will reach out to DPD and ask them to enable live tracking updates for your account. This can take a few days depending on DPD's workload.
Once we have received confirmation from DPD we will turn on Branded Tracking for your DPD integration. All new shipments from this point will now direct to your Branded Tracking portal.
