It's quick and easy to connect your Transglobal and Shiptheory accounts to get booking collections and deliveries in no time!



Before you start

You will need an API Key and API password for your Transglobal Express account. If you do not yet have these details or do not know what they are, please get in touch with your Transglobal Express account manager.



Connect Transglobal Express

In Shiptheory, select Carriers > Manage Carriers and click on Transglobal Express to add the integration to your account and take you to the settings page:


Enter your API Key and API Password and click Test Connection. If all your details are correct, you should see a successful response:


If the test fails, please double-check your credentials and try again or contact your Transglobal Express account manager. 



Before you click Save, take a couple of minutes to review the other options and settings. You will need to enter a basic description of the items you plan to send with Transglobal Express for customs purposes and configure some default shipping settings. Once complete, click Save and you're good to go!
