This error from DPD.ie will be received when you try to integrate with the DPD.ie integration and your account does not have a live range associated with it yet, hence the "cannot assign tracking number" error.

Until you complete the Jotform sent to you by DPD.ie along with the credentials, and create test consignments for each of the services you intend to use, you will only have access to the test environment. Once you submit the form, it will be checked by the DPD.ie credit services team, and once approved the account will be enabled to ship on Live.
Contact your DPD.ie Account Manager if you have issues completing the Jotform.
DPD.ie assigns ranges of numbers to accounts that you then use as consignment numbers. If an account does not have a number range associated with it, it cannot create a consignment number, and throws up the error seen above. DPD.ie's Live and PreProd environments use different number ranges and for the testing phase, they only assign a range on the PreProd environment.
Once the test consignments are created and the Jotform is approved, they assign a Live number range to the account, and you can generate labels on the live environment.
