If you try to print or use a DPD label generated more than 24 hours ago, you might encounter an error message similar to the one shown below. This typically happens because DPD labels automatically expire after this time period.

The solution is to rebook the shipment in Shiptheory to generate a fresh, valid label.

Steps to Rebook the Shipment:

  1. Find the Original Shipment: Locate the relevant shipment on your Shiptheory dashboard.
  2. Right-Click: Right-click on the shipment line you need to rebook and select 'View Shipment'.
  3. Select 'Rebook Shipment': Choose the 'Rebook Shipment' option to select the carrier and service you'd like to rebook with.

Shiptheory will then resend the shipment data to DPD, creating a new booking and generating a new, valid shipping label and tracking number.

Note: When rebooking the shipment, the new tracking ID will not pass back to the sales channel.
