If you are booking international shipments with DHL, you may come across the error "Unable to create label Field ShipmentRequest/ExportDeclaration is mandatory when provided product is dutiable." when trying to book your consignment.
This error is raised when the products attached to the order have no commodity data attached / have insufficient Commodity Data attached.
To resolve this, you can add the Commodity Data for your product within the Shipment itself, by viewing the consignment and clicking Edit on the product that you want to amend, as shown below.
Alternatively, you can edit the product information from within your Sales channel and then retry the consignment within Shiptheory to sync across the new Commodity Data.
