When sending orders to Amazon Shipping, it's possible that your order management system automatically adds a prefix or suffix to your Amazon order IDs. For example, your Amazon order ID might be 123-1234567-1234567, but your sales channel may add "AMZ-" to the beginning of it. This would therefore mean that Shiptheory doesn't recognise the order ID as a valid Amazon order ID and try to ship it as a non-Amazon shipment.
However, it's now possible to have Shiptheory automatically remove these suffixes or prefixes to ensure that when sending the order through, the valid Amazon order ID is still recognised.
Within your Amazon Shipping advanced settings, select whether the extra characters are added to the start or the end of your reference, and enter the characters that you want Shiptheory to automatically remove before booking:
