In Shiptheory you can easily change an existing orders product details. This can be useful if a customer wants to update their order or if there is missing product information such as commodity data or item weight for example.
To alter the product information in the order, right-click on the shipment and click View Shipment.
From here, scroll to the Shipment Product table and click the arrow on the product that you wish to edit the details of.
This will show you all the product information, click Edit to change this, and then lastly Save to save your changes.
