Yes we can, however, attempting to rebook a shipment that is marked as Shipped in the Goods out note will give the error:


Failed to update Goods Out Note.


This error usually occurs when you have marked the Goods Out Note to Shipped within BrightPearl. To ensure this doesn't happen again. Don't set the Goods Out Note to Shipped until you have printed the label from Shiptheory. Shiptheory can only pull orders in from their specific statuses, so if an order is set to Shipped, Shiptheory will not be able to pull this in or update it. 


You may need to ensure this setting in your Brightpearl advanced settings, is set to off.
